At Echo of Stillness, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, our Returns & Exchange Policy ensures your consumer rights are fully respected under UK law.


1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (via email: careteam@echoofstillness.com) within the 14-day period.


2. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • Certain products (e.g., hygiene-sensitive items, opened skincare tools) may be exempt if unsealed after delivery, in line with health and safety regulations.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at careteam@echoofstillness.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and return it within 14 days of notifying us.

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • If the product is faulty or damaged, a full refund including shipping costs will be provided.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible if the requested replacement is in stock.

  • If the new item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or request an additional payment.


6. Faulty or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (such as opened massage tools for personal use) if unsealed after delivery.
